Body and Jaw Stock are stress relieved using modern Resonant Vibratory Stress Relief Mechanism. The Pitman, Toggle Assembly, Main bearing and Shaft are all in constant oil bath and lubricated thorough a geared pump coupled to the shaft. This positive lubrication system coupled with double toggle mechanism ensures life of bearings for years together. Since crushing is done by direct compression, the work hardening manganese steel jaw plates have a much longer life than other models of crusher.
Deepa Crushers are fitted with serrated jaw plates of multi-optional design to give designated output from 10 to 50 TPH.
