The conveyor rollers are made from heavy steel pipes, through machined, fitted with heavy cast iron bearing bushes, sealed bearings and dust proof labyrinth seals. The head and tail pulleys are fabricated out of heavy plates precision machined with a camber at centre and fitted with through shaft supported on heavy pillow blocks. The snub pulleys are of large, heavy, and located to straighten out the trailing belt. The drive motors mounted on the head pulley through shaft mounted gear boxes. Head pulleys provided with discharge hood and tail pulleys with shoe guards.
Conveyor structures are of moderate heavy type fabricated out of cold rolled and pressed C sections. Conveyor structures with longer spans are designed to meet different requirement of different crushing plants.
